Terms & Data Security
These terms explain how Anubis IT services are delivered, how project information is handled, and what customers should expect before work starts.
These terms explain how Anubis IT services are delivered, how project information is handled, and what customers should expect before work starts.
Last updated: 2026-08-03. These terms apply to website work, computer and smartphone support, infrastructure additional services, and BunnyCleaner-related requests unless a custom written agreement overrides a section below.
Anubis IT is operated by a single EU-based member. Service delivery, communication, and project coordination are handled directly through that operator.
Work starts only after scope, pricing route, and payment method are clearly confirmed. Changes outside the agreed scope may require adjusted estimates or timelines.
Clients are responsible for providing correct project details, required access, and lawful ownership or permission for all systems, domains, and content involved in the service request.
Services are delivered professionally and in good faith. Timelines can vary when dependencies, third-party systems, or hardware conditions create technical constraints outside direct control.
Accepted methods are cash, SEPA transfer, Revolut, and cryptocurrency when agreed in advance. Payment timing is confirmed before work starts and may include milestone-based stages for larger projects.
Clients must maintain their own backups and ensure they are authorized to request changes, repairs, wipe operations, domain adjustments, or account-level actions on target systems.
When requirements change after work starts, additional time, price, or delivery updates may be required. Major scope changes should be documented and approved before execution continues.
If a project is paused or cancelled after technical work has started, completed effort up to that point remains billable. Any refundable amount depends on completed work, purchased dependencies, and agreed staging.
Only the minimum data and system access required for the agreed task is requested and used. Temporary technical notes may be retained only as long as operationally necessary for support continuity.
Anubis IT is EU-based and uses EU-hosted infrastructure where applicable. Third-party services may have their own regional policies, and clients should verify those independently when they are part of the solution stack.
Credentials and access tokens are used on a need-to-complete basis, never for unrelated actions, and should be rotated by the client after completion when practical, especially for critical systems.
Wipe, reset, migration, and infrastructure-modifying operations must be explicitly confirmed by the client. Responsibility for backup readiness remains with the client before destructive actions are authorized.
Technical services are delivered with professional best effort, but outcomes can be affected by hardware faults, third-party service limits, vendor restrictions, legacy system conditions, and previously undocumented issues.
Anubis IT is not responsible for indirect business losses, downtime impact, or opportunity cost caused by external dependencies or pre-existing system conditions outside direct operational control.
Work is considered accepted when agreed deliverables are completed according to documented scope and confirmed communication. Post-delivery revisions outside scope may be quoted as a new phase.
These terms may be updated over time. The latest published version on this page governs new requests unless a signed custom agreement states otherwise.
By requesting services through this site, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Data Security clauses unless a separate signed agreement replaces specific sections.
